do not use h&k for a short sale. we were promised relocation money when the sale of our house went through. it took over 8 months to sell our house, and when it finally sold, no relocation money. lies and deception were used on their behalf. shop around, but don't believe their lies! terrible customer service and communication!

Do not ever walk in the building. They will give you to a paralegal who will advise you, and when you do everything they tell you to do, then they FIRED the paralegal and tell me that what I am doing is illegal???? HELLO!! It was their paralegal that told me what to do! They are crooks! Brian Boyer shouldnt have ever gotten his lawyers license!
