It's unfortunate I have to give 1 start to review this company. If you are looking for top quality, triple pane, Thermal Line windows that come with a whistle, a leak, and MOLD, check this place out. They may get your windows and doors installed in a timely matter if that includes several years. It appears their salesmen are trained to deceive, lie, and cheat you. They have top qualified...

I bought new windows and siding for my home from Hagen Glass and am VERY pleased. They had to custom build our windows due to odd sizes and they still had the entire project completed in under a month. The price was affordable and the financing easy and conveniant. horrible. called for estimate they came out never called back, after repeated phone calls they called and made an appointment to come out and never showed up. more phone calls and no response. just got the run around. apparantly my job wasn't big enough for them to even care. so be forwarned.
