What an amazing little theater in an old barn! We saw West Side Story and it was very well done. We will definitely go back this season

My husband and I just saw "Ruthless". Fantastic cast, SO talented--we laughed the entire time! This is our second time to Hackmatack and we will be back again next summer. The blueberry pie at intermission is the icing on the cake! If you are looking for a reasonably-priced show, do not hesitate to come here.

We just saw the play West Side Story at Hackmatack. The actors, the dancing and the music were excellent. The theater is an old barn that has been converted into a theater. We were invited by my girlfriend's family to see one of her cousins in West Side Story. It took place in a rustic barn without a/c. The seats were reasonably comfortable. Been going every year since 1982. Drama, comedy, musicals. All great. 4 shows a season. No bad seat in the house - very small. Old barn. Don't be afraid of the size - Shows of same quality as Ogunquit Playhouse (Sometimes Better!)
