I called cause our AC needs to be replaced. Was THRILLED when they could come look the same day. But they were lat arriving and called after they were suppose to be here. The guy wasn't even here long enough to do anything worth while, we are talking 5 minutes spent here. My furnace went out last week and my house was so cold. I called several other heater repair companies and I just did not feel comfortable with how much they said it could cost. I called HVAC, and they said from my description that it was probably just a minor repair and not to worry.
