I have been shopping at HL for near 11 years now. I have never had an issue with anything I have ever bought from them. You might be able to get a few dollars of of a product going somewhere else but the customer service you get at HL beats them all!!! What's a few dollars when you can call a store you just bought your product at and ask for support (and they can actually give it to you!)....

They fixed it when 2 other shops couldn't. Got my data & replaced the drive same day. Didn't break the bank. I'll use them again.

I have had the oddest problems with my computer. Carey at HL did not give up until he had it resolved. He even called to check up on it afterwards. The price and service at HL is the best I have found.
