Horrible customer service at this HEB. It wasn't always this way, what happened? The cashier and bagger Bobby had a convo going and I couldn't get a word in. In the end, I checked my receipt...

This is my neighborhood store, it's location is excellent. Sometimes I do feel that the manager is not looking at the specials because some items especially the meat department are not posted at the special price. You need to have your special and bring it up to the people in the meat dept to change the price. The registers are sometimes not opened and there are a lot of people in line.
