Went to the Great Wraps at Gwinnett Place Mall while shopping Saturday 11/22/14. The experience was not the best. The guy who appeared to be in charge was very unprofessional upon taking my order....

I am not one to complain but the food was not good. I swear the food was rotten. I was so disgusted I threw it away and left disgusted. Wasn't even worth complaining as by the looks of this...

The manager is great. The food is always fresh and tastes soo good! I love their wings!

The owner of this food court restaurant in The Gwinnett Place Mall is very hands-on in the management of the place, right there throughout the busy hours. It offers wraps, of course, but specifically Philly steak sandwiches, turkey wraps and a great falafel and hummus wrap that has lettuce tomato and tzatziki sauce in there. The curly fries are very popular.
