I love working out here! I'm new to this, but loving every minute! So many different machines and such, including a sauna. My girls enjoy the child care that is offered as well.

This gym is great!! My husband loves it. He goes on and does his weight lifting and I can run in and tan and do cardio. The movie room is great. The Tanning beds are my favorite in longview!...

I absolutely love this gym go 5 days a week!! Lots of great up to date equipment and great cheap child care too!! Love the tanning beds they get you dark fast!! Alright everyone have a super day go to the gym get healthy!!
