As far as I know Gutter Monkeys cleaned the gutters at a good price, but they would not work around my schedule for me to be present for the service. Since they are up on the roof anyway I called to see if they would reattach de-icing cables for a fee. The answer was a decided "No" as they were too busy and that was not part of their usual line of work. I give them a high rating for price and...

Your gutter cleaning business should also make repairs. Not only are you only partially servicing your customers, you are losing revenue.

Really should be called Gutter Ghosts. Arrived within the 14-day time frame while I was at work. Left no mess or indication beyond the visibly clean gutters that they had been here. They were easy to schedule by email, replied quickly with their quote. It was an easy transaction.

I was disappointed with the amount of time it took before my gutters were cleaned. When I was told 14 days it was not specified that it would be 14 business days. A more honest time frame would have been stated as 3 weeks. And then it was actually done on day 15 without any call or explanation.

I have used Gutter Monkeys for over 2 years and I have experienced the most amazing customer service during that time. I have them on twice a year contract and this year I needed them for a huge blockage - and they were out almost immediately. THANK YOU
