Really disappointed in the customer service level from the finance team. It's hard to rate as I'm unable to get a response.

We were looking for a hard-to-find configuration of a Mazda 3 sGT, and Debbie Osgood went above and beyond the call to locate, secure and deliver exactly the vehicle we wanted within a week. Amazing customer service, and a great deal to boot. I would absolutely recommend her without reservation, along with the whole team at Gullo Mazda.

Disappointed in them not replacing a oil drain plug, that was stripped in the allen socket, at their expense. If they had damaged the car while in for service they would take care of the damage but not an oil plug.
