Simply never contacted me about my online inquiry. Since they are about an hour's drive from my home, I wasn't going to go see the car unless I was sure it was available. I have now bought the same model car (although a year newer) from a different dealer. I preferred the color combination and mileage of the one offered by Gulf Coast Mitsubishi, but I just didn't have time to pursue them.

I was talking to a sales person here and had been giving me the run away for a week and half I finally got a different sales person who said the 1st sales guy was lying the whole time and never even done one thing with my app, he told me that the deal for the 4 runner was a go!!! HE LIED and will never deal with this company again and would never recommend to anyone!!!! VERY ANNOYED

Sent contact info via cars.com regarding interest in vehicle. I never received a response from dealership. This in itself spoke volumes regarding dealership and its interest in meeting customer needs.

In their show room they display a "Service Award" received in '09. Their service must have only gone downhill from that point. They dont have one for '10, '11 or '12 and chances are they will not get one in 2013. They made promises in writing to fix issues with a brand new car "pre purchase" that have not been followed through with 4 1/2 months later. They basically want me to sue them to get...
