Had a little hiccup with my guitar but very helpful and took care of the issue right away and even let me return an amp I didn't like. Nothing wrong with it just not my preference. Everyone was helpful and kind even with my mediocre knowledge.

I shop here often and have always been satisfied. Never more so than during my last visit. My 11 year old ordered a bass guitar and after waiting for it to be delivered to the store, we learned that the warehouse accidentally shipped the wrong one.
