shady folks down there

Motor came back worse than when it went in. They told me to come back and get a seal changed in the lower unit. Well why not call me on my cell # I left there when it was already open so I don't get chanrged for the same labor time twice??? I'll never go back and since then, I've not heard one good thing about them.
