She is unprofessional and rude. Overbooks her schedule and has long wait times. Then she calls over and over for to schedule another appointment the day after your appointment.

If I could give a negative rating I would. I have only seen the actual doctor during procedure appointments, never for office visits as I requested. The office staff is rude and unprofessional; the waiting area is typically to capacity due to the doctor or staff overbooking appointments.
