Horrible customer service! DO NOT use them to book your travel. You will get screwed! We book our flight from Chicago to Beijing well in advance. Our flight was canceled and the travel agency didn’t even bother to notify us. The airline called the day before our departure date to tell us the flight was canceled. We called the travel agency to request for help and the person answered the phone screamed at us and told us it was not their fault and refused to help us to book another flight. We were told to call the airline customer service if we want to book another flight. We are so disappointed with their service at every level. What is the point to use them when you are better off to book your flight online by yourself and save a lot of money. I wish I could give this place zero stars if I could. One star is way more than what they deserve. We wasted precious vacation time, our connecting flight fair and the time spent on the phone with them for nothing.
