Consistent quality work and products. I have used The Growth Company for years, and have never been disappointed. From a single rose to a full arrangement. They do a great job, and their flowers last. I cannot say that of some other florists.

Terrible customer service.They called me, the recipient, to be home for a delivery, ruined the surprise set up by my sender. I told them no one would be home until after 3pm. No, they don't deliver that late on a Wednesday. Told me they would put it in my garage. I told them I don't have a garage. Then they had the nerve to tell me to drive there from Hartford from work to pick up my flowers!...
