This is one of my favorite places to get a facial. Some of the staff is better then others. I like to know a little bit about what products are being used and what is being done. On this visit the staff was very friendly and she did use the full 60 minutes which I appreciated.

During the massage I could hear every conversation & door closing outside the room. Manicurist over trimmed my fingernail cuticles & barely touched the callous on my feet during pedicure. When asked to create a finer-thinner line on French polish, she acted extremely angry & wiped ALL the polish off stating "Fine, I'll start ALL OVER just for you". During facial couldn't get a bolster or pillow...

I had a wonderful experience at Grove Spa. It was quite, relaxing and serene. I had a wonderful massage and an even more amazing facial. Highly recommend it to anyone!!
