Rob came on time to the appointment. He was very courteous and professional. In layman's terms he explained what needed to be done to accomplish what I (yes I) wanted. I requested two quotes and he provided both without hesitation. He was very respectful. I would recommend him again and again to anyone wanting a tile and grout job done.

Had a few loose tiles and green board replaced. Regrouted, sealed and caulked the entire shower. Looks like new!

Rob is very pleasant to work with and was very professional from the estimate through completion of the job. His quote was 16% less than the other one I received and included more work. During the estimate he showed me some potential problem areas and made recommendations on how to best accomplish what I wanted. He was on time and finished the job within the time estimate. I was very impressed with both ServiceMagic.com and Grout Solutuons.
Grout Solutions had the job completed within 24 hours. This was an emergnecy as it was for commercial site and it was in front of the door.
The quality of the repair was excellent.
