I recently moved to the area and was looking for a groomer. I wanted one that allowed you to see in their back room, because if you can't see what goes on....then you shouldn't use that groomer....
If there is ever any concerns with our business practices or groomers, "Please" contact the owners directly so we may discuss and try to rectify your concerns. This business was started by two people who truly care about animals and their human companions.
I appologize for any poor customer service issues you may have run into. Please be aware, many changes have taken place and, I believe, customer service performance is back where it should be. If you would like to discuss this further, please don't hesitate to call me at the shop or send an email. Again, I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Pets are our babies and it's imperative you feel safe...
Terrific service and excellent care. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Have always been happy with their grooming skills. I really like that dogs aren't in crates the whole time. My dogs used to be nervous going to the groomer; not anymore!

Staff seems irritated and not friendly to its customers. Not sure how they are with the pets, but if the way they treat their customers is any indication, then I will never go back...
