Ms. Grimaldi and I had a 15 minute session via phone; she was out of town. I received a $100 bill. She had not told me beforehand that phone sessions were paid for out-of-pocket. I did not pay the bill and stopped seeing her. Ms. Grimaldi made the decision to not authorize a refill for my medication for severe depression and an anxiety disorder.
