Help us make it rightWe had purchased our pool last year. We had a few issues with the liner and eventually it was fixed............about 3 weeks later. Now this year we had started to open the pool for the season. About three days of running the filter and adding the chemicals to get the right balance, the hose blew. So we had not had the pool for a year yet. I went to griffins on atlas road and told them what...
I went in on a thursday evening to inquire some information on a pool and to my amazment they were extremly pleasant, offered to come out and look at my yard and also seemed to be in touch with the ever slowing economy. The young lady i spoke with was even nice enough to stay past closing to speak with me. I have called her a few times and she still maintains a pleasent attitude never sounding as if i am a bother, and i have actually tried to be. If I do decide to have a pool installed they definately have my business, no questions asked.

We bought a pool form Griffin on 6/19/08 and it was finally installed on 7/09/08. On 7/10/08 we noticed water at the edge of our pool and contacted Griffin. They said they would have someone contact us the next day. After repeated visits to the Atlas Rd. store were we purchased the pool, my husband became angry and asked me to deal with it. After at least 30 calls between myself and the store manager we still have a leaking pool. We have had no use ot the pool all summer as we were afraid to swim in it lest we make the problem worse. As of today 8/28/08 we still have no use of the pool and...

""Their customer service motto is that if we can't have a satisfied customer, we would rather not have that customer at all! I think this says it all, because there is no attempt by the employees to provide service. After going to Griffen for my pool supplies for many years, I went to the store on Two Notch Rd to get a replacement door for my pool skimmer on May 15th. Now 6 weeks and multiple visits later, they still can't tell me if and when it will ever be in. The clerk at the store can only tell me she has ordered it. When I ask when it will be in, she can't seem to call whoever orders...
