I moved into this community Nov/2012 and it was definitely not an experience I'd like to duplicate. The garage was filthy with all kinds of huge bugs and trash inside which I had to clean out myself, but you'd think they'd clean it out considering when you move out it's required that you clean it or they'll charge you for it. My kitchen had a huge bug nest on the side of it, the kitchen floors were super nasty with food particles on it as well as in the cabinets which these where dirty with stains on them along with the walls, and parking is a nightmare unless you pay for a detached garage...
