He left the company on bad terms, and is trying to draw business away from Grey Wolf in the hopes that he can create some business for the computer shop he is currently trying to start out of his house. I aslo took my pc to this company on recommendations. My internet was slow and I had popups. I figured it was due to spyware/adware, but didn't want to take on the cleaning process myself figuring it wouldn't cost too much to have it done "professionally".
