I NEVER once received a bill from them and then all of a sudden I received a notice from collections. When I contacted them they said they tried contacting me ONCE before they sent it to collections. First of all, contacting someone once before sending it to collections is ridiculous. And they are full of it because I pay all of my bills and they NEVER sent me an initial bill to begin with....
