My sons indoor arena football team ordered trophies through here. 1 of my sons trophy and medal were spelled incorrectly and so we had tried calling to have it fixed. Left a message, no one ever returned my phone call. I had a child I coached for Little League and when we were looking around for possible businesses I had called this place no response. I was very unhappy with the customer service I received at Gresham Awards. I placed an order and when I went in the 3rd time to pick it up (because it was done wrong the other times) the price had changed drastically from what they had quoted me. When I mentioned what I had been quoted, the lady was very rude and hostile. I took my business to Rainbow awards also in Gresham and was very happy with the quality and customer service. I won't use Gresham Awards again.

My son-inlaw took a special placque he got in memory of his sister who just passed of cancer on tuesday. He had some special saying he wanted engraved on it and was told it would be done on friday. When he called to see if it was done on friday he was told no that the owner had taken it home and would engrave it when they got time. He said that he was under the impression that it would be engraved in the shop and would be done on friday ready to pick up..The owner called him back and was extremely rude and basicly told him to take his business elsewhere. Order my soccer team trophies from here and they had them done very fast and the price was great. Getting ready to order my basketball team trophies from them since they do a wonderful job at a great price

Just want here to get a trophy engraved and a plaque made. They were VERY accommodating and helpful. Had priced this type of work online and they were much cheaper for the same brands of plaques.
