Unless you like being treated badly by the management, poor maintenence, and having your rent jacked up after you have been here a year, stay away! They make it sound good at the beginning, but once you move in your trapped, they will jack your rent up after a year, and as far as their incentives to stay they might give you a plate of cookies!!
