Lots of locals is a good sign

A really homey place. You can ask the cook where the beans come from and really get an answer. The plate lunch each day is a good value with lots of local traffic. Given that this is an in town location not on the drag that is a complement in itself. Good food for a fair price....

good plate lunches. Drive through window is my favorite. Good eating! Courteous staff. Food portions more than adequate for a hungry man.

There was not much ambience. You had to know that you have to go to the counter to order from the menu lying there.
My husband said the cat fish was good. The salad was iceberg lettuce with ranch.
