The amenities such as the gym, pool, and hot tub, of the apartments are nice when they are working properly, about 50% of time. When it comes to repairing broken things in apartments they are very fast, but the staff is awful with other responsibilities. We were blatantly lied to about aspects of the apartments so we would sign the lease. They also blatantly lied to us when we had complaints...

I love living at the greens. It is not a "college apartment". You dont get the noisy party kids. I am in college myself and it is hard to study with all the distractions and it is peaceful and quiet here. With rent you get unlimited tanning, gym, pool, and golf. If you have a membership to those things you know there expensive and its all included. The staff is very nice and will help you with...

The greens are a great apartment community.the amenities are good,the grounds are well maintained, the staff are courteous and helpful,the only issue is with parking especially when there are parties or on game days.I barely hear my neighbors,i would recommend the greens to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Great place to live. Alot of fun things to do in a non party environment. The only drawback is staffing. Some are rude and will actually yell at you for taking the carts off the path. I for one do not pay to live somewhere to be yelled at. There are other ways of handling things.....especially in customer service.
