Dr. Parreno is a compassionate, humble, well respected doctor in our community. He dedicated his life to help and treat an under-served community such as Waukegan. A doctor willing to take the TIME with you and listen. Usually have to wait as he runs behind schedule but worth it. Plan ahead.
