this is a nice place to live, it is clean the staff is very helpful, they have done a lot of work to the apartment complex rent is affortable , the area of spring texas is growing, new freeway system,stores, jobs,i like it here, there is a lot to see and things to do in this area.

Best things about these apartments are that they are not too costly and they are in a decent area. Staff is courteous but the apartments definitely have a lot of wear and tear to them.

Back in the summer of 2003. A friend of mine who was only 19 years old was murdered in his own apartment in cold blood. His best friend found him the next day, dead on his couch with the front door unlocked. He was shot in the head. The crime was never solved. The apartments are kept up very well, when ever I have had a problem the maintenance staff has been there right away. The office staff is very nice and always willing to help. The only complaint I have is the walk ways are blocked at the parking lot by cars. If there should be an emergency the emergency personnel would have problmes getting to the building. A streacher could not be moved...

The ratio of its overall perfermance (location, maintenance, ...) to the rent fee is high. The only bad thing is the high ISTA fee (water, gas, service, pest control).
