I was really disappointed a couple times. I felt like I didn't get a lot of the info that other parents with kids my daughters age get. Nobody ever discussed with me where my daughter stood with her verbal and motor skills. As a first time parent, I feel like sometimes I don't know all the right questions to ask. On top of this, when I came in for my daughters shots the last time, I was asked what shots we were getting... they were her normal shots... when I said they were her normal shots, the nurse said, oh, okay, I'll go ask the Dr. I felt like they should have known that info. Great Doctors but horrible nurse named Lorie. Not only was she inaccurate with her information she gave but she also made it a point to make a discriminating comment to me making me feel quite offended. I do not think I will be taking my children back there because of this. Its unfortunate that people like that are the face of that practice. I will sure miss Dr. Paston and Dr. Shloegal

Dr. Schloegel is a younger doctor who isnt as patronizing as most doctors can be. I prefer him much more because he is parent centered, and doesnt force immunizations down your throat. He receommends…

My then six month son hurt himself over a weekend, and being a new mom, I wasn't sure what to do, so I called the office, since they are my pediatricians. I was told by the answering service that Dr. Paston was on call, so I asked to have her paged. 30 minutes later, the answering service called me back to see if she had called me; she had not. I asked that they page her again, 30 minutes later, no phone call from Dr. Paston, but another phone call from the answering service.
