Crooks!!!!!!! I got the same shafting as Amanda, Skeeter, and others. The guy made me wait in the cold for 40 minutes after I locked myself out of my house, then gave this long explanation of how difficult my lock would be to get into, and said $280 plus the $25 call charge. Of course at that point, I've been locked out of 1.5 hours, had appointments I had to get to and based on his explanation...

I was irritated because I was locked out of my office. I have multiple spare keys to my office but unfortunately, they were all locked inside my offic more...
