lazy cab driver didn't even bother to help me with my 6 bags of groceries. Just popped the trunk and let me fend for myself.

Upset to be quoted 10 mins, and left waiting for over 30, then to walk to the cab stand (that I found by myself) And finally get a cab. A call to the company gets you no where. No accountability.

99.9% of the time they are right on time and are there with in the time frame the dispatcher had said. Most of the drivers are very nice.
