This restaurant is a must if you are near music row. They offer great traditional breakfast (some items have a mediterranean flair) as well as lunch and dinner. You get a lot for the money you spend too..I had a ""combo platter"" for lunch and for 10 bucks, it included grilled chicken, gyro meat and falafel, a mini greek salad and this great wheat rice they make there. Speaking of that, most of the items are made on site (I asked) and you can tell the difference! Also, the servers there are always great & helpful with the menu. I stay at the comfort inn (across the street) when I come into...
The service was great. The pita bread with the olive/lemon dipping sauce was great. My wife and I both had the gyro plates. It was absolutely delicious.
Our waitress even brought us some baklava after dinner. My wife said it was the best she's ever had. I really enjoyed it, but I prefer my baklava cold. But it was fabulous! I really wanted to try the dessert with the custard in phyllo dough (I think it was called something like bougatsa), but you have to order that a day in advance.
I couldn't complain one bit. And to get out of there for $25 for both of us was amazing.

I have a great love of Greek Food and Nashville has been severly lacking in this area. Took three friends with me to dinner on Friday. Not busy at all and we were seated immediately. Had the appetizer of olives, cheese, cucumbers, & tomatoes...excellent. The Pita bread and the olive oil dip was great. The lamb was excellent, the chicken was good. The wheat cracked rice was OK but didn't detract from the overall meal. The Baclava wass servered warm and was EXCELLENT! Service was great and very attentive, but of course there were only two tables occupied Overall a very good meal and dinner...
The atmosphere is relaxed, simple and clean. The food is some of the best greek and turkish I have had, and I have lived in Tarpon Springs, FL. The Turkish stew is one of my favorites. The service is incredible. Prompt, friendly, and curtious. The menu has a great variety for lunch or dinner. You have to try it.
