Greater Waterbury Imaging Ctr was okay. I was a little disappointed because according to my specialist I was supposed to leave there with a desk and I didn't have that. So, I went to my appointment without it. That was really the only thing I was satisfied with.
I've only been to Greater Waterbury Imaging Center once. I went for an MRI and they were very polite. They were punctual, so I didn't have to wait long. They gave me good information. I don't really know how the price would compare to others as it was covered by my insurance. Overall, it was a good experience.
I'm happy with Greater Waterbury Imaging Center. I think they have good customer service. People are always being friendly. Their communication is good as well, always good. They walk you through step by step of the process, everything they want to do is very clear. They're a dependable service.

The scans were done quickly and without any issue, and the clerical work was done very quickly. Overall I was happy with the services they provided, and I highly recommend their services.
