This place is horrible they tell you one thing and do the opposite nor will they stand behind anything they say. Very disgusted and will tell everybody I know not to shop here because you get screwed.

March we ordered a 18x33 oval pool from The Great Escape. We were told two weeks pool would be in and we would get a call to come pick it up. two weeks went buy....two months still no pool. Yes it was cold but thats not the point. First installer to come out and measure up area for pool installation was Bo with A1 pool and Deck. He told me what needed to be done and we marked what was needed....
