We have taken our boys here several times to get haircuts, and they are always terrible. Uneven cut hair, poorly cut sideburns, etc.

Terrible experience here today. I'm not a perfectionist when it comes to haircuts, but when I explicitly say "just a trim" and "almost nothing off the top"...
