I have a 4 year old son who i took to great clips for a trim who gets nervous n irritated before and during a hair cut. Stay away! Hair cuts are inconsistent but the saving grace was quick way to get a cut between running errands. However, today was first experience with "online checkin". Today, a room full of clients experienced "new" people walking in door going before those waiting. After 30 minutes a customer asked why and was advised of online checkin.
