Awful. My daughter came out with neck length hair asked for shoulder length. Terrible customer service from management. Apologies but no refund,that's a corporate matter,wow. Would not recommend AMBER to anyone except men she'll cut it all off.
I honestly don't even think they deserve one star. I asked for a TRIM, and the stylist (I don't remember her name) even repeated that to me. She ended up cutting almost 3 inches off of my hair, and it's not even at all. Regardless of the price, I didn't think that it was that hard to do a trim.
