bad cut & they don't stand behind their work

i received a $5 haircut coupon in the mail and that is what made me decide to choose great clips to get my haircut. the girl who did my hair was amanda wood and she seemed like a nice girl but did not give me a good haircut at all. at the time i did not notice- my hair is just past my shoulders and the front looked ok. she never handed me a mirror to see the back so i assumed it was fine....

This is my fifth time i had my haircut in GreatClips. First four times i am much satisfied with Great Clips hair cut. But this time this the worst haircut i never ever had in my life. A woman with glasses, she dont even know how to handle the scissors properly... Whatever style u say or in the computer she dont know how to follow it. she just cut all th hair round.
