Close to my house, friendly women, my regular Stylist are always available whenever I arrive, great fades, great price, I'm a regular here now and I will keep coming back! :)

Returned for another cut and at least this time, the stylist was able to hold a conversation while sharp implements were whizzing past my head. All good.I noticed later that my credit card had been charged $20. Is a $7 tip appropriate on a $13 cut or does the $15 at the bottom of the slip make more sense? Anyway, I'm done with this Great Clips. I will not return.

Rude staff, no concept of customer service. One realizes that appointment has been cancelled one one reaches at the salon after driving 10 miles. No courtesy of a call for the cancellation.

Salon should not have given the appointment, if it thinks that apointment can not be kept and even if they do, then they should try to make it. Otherwise, one should expect a courtesy call instead of...

Great if you just want a simple hair cut.

We take my son here time to time. The staff is usually good. The put up with my MIL who is very particular about my son's hair. If you want the same stylist each time make an appointment. Usually the walk in wait is not long.
