Well for the first lady that was told by betty the rude stylist i am so sorry you had to endure that kind of treatment shame on her BUT let me say they do indeed they a corporate office AND they would not allow that kind of treatment to anyone!! ask someone for the no. to corporate and call and let them know ....it will be checked into this is comming from someone who works at great clips......

For those who live in Carrolton Texas and always enjoyed on going to Great Clips on trinity mills and recently had a bad experiece with a certain stylistg. Well no worries. Great Clips just opened another store by a different franchisee on Hebron Pkwy and Josey Ln. Its alot cleaner and alot more Professional I,m surfe!!!!
