3 stars. Perfect. They do a decent job. The only gripe is you get someone different every time. But $16 for a basic haircut, A-OK.

This location of the affordably priced hair salon is in Bellevue Plaza, just south of the Bellevue Galleria. Although it is one of the world's largest salon brands, this salon has a personal touch. Appointments are never necessary, and the stylists just do hair. It's a great spot for a new cut for men, women, or kids.
