Not a trustworthy company

we ever called them for an important engagement. and the driver does not show up on time. the dispatcher knew the driver cannot make it on time but just try to make us hang on their. they make us miss the appointment. the dispatcher there are rude and lies

Called for a 6am airport ride the night before. The dispatcher was very curt and rude and didn't confirm the address or time. Waited outside at 6 for 15 minutes, no cab, no call. Consistently rude.I just deleted their number from my phone.Taxis are not clean.They are usually on time though.

Graytop was [sadly] bought by Yellow Cab and is no longer it's own entity. Their number will take you to Yellow Cab dispatch now. Good luck.
