This Company was terrible on two occasions. They promised to meet my son at the train station at a specific time to drive him to his school. They did not come through either time. If you are looking for a reliable company - move on. Do not use Gray Top Cab. Unless of course you want your child standing alone at the train station.

Had been using another firm for years, started using Gray Top in March 2014. Find the taxis to be very clean and the staff and drivers to helpful and easy to work with and very friendly.

Drivers are prompt and very courteous. Cabs are very clean.

I was visiting Lynchburg and needed a ride back to ft. Lee I am in the military... I asked if they had military discounts and they laughed at me... They charged me 279.00 for a two hour ride... Biggest rip off ever!
