Disappointed, Waste of Money!!!

VERY DISAPPOINTED with our experience. Yesterday My friend (another mom) and I brought our kids and their friends to your wipeout zone to have a good time and let the boys run and have fun. We had 4 fourteen year old boys and 2 eleven year old boys with us. We purchased Living Social coupons for $25 for 5 runs. The day started out great, the boys were all excited. When we got there we were told we could purchase for $5.00 more each, 2 hours unlimited runs, so we spent the extra money on the 6 kids. Only to find out after waiting in line it takes 2 hours anyway to complete 5 runs, some of the boys only did 2 or 3! The course itself was a bit of a disappointment in the fact that it looked nothing like the pictures or video that we had initially seen on your facebook page.
All of the people I was with felt that the course was incredibly shoddy - the towers that you were to climb up shook rather violently when adults climbed them, the platforms were undefined foam, the padding was velcroed together, and was constantly coming apart. No safety instructions were given, and the kids who worked there seemed more interested in playing on the course itself than in facilitating movement, or instructing people on how to do the activities safely.

The kids got hungry and we waited multiple times at the snack bar to purchase snacks. The first time we were ignored by talking employees having a conversation who looked right at us and then continued to talk (nothing work related or important). Another time, the snack bar was unattended and we waited several minutes. We were finally helped and when we paid for the snacks the gentleman that took our money used his own wallet as the "cash register". The last time at the snack bar after waiting 5-10 minutes, we ended up taking a pack of oreos and we just left the dollar on the counter under the walkie talkie.

The workers were distracted and unorganized. The pictures and videos online initially were misleading as to what the obstacle course really looked like. They mistreat their customers!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
