A Jerry Garcia cut-out used to sit inside this hippie-dippy bakery, where a very local crowd enjoys warm bagels, gooey chocolate chip cookies and challah that is, in a word, beyond. Service is in desperate need of Adderall (expect eyes to glaze over as soon as you begin your order) but patrons' overly polite restaurant voices combine to create a damn good soundtrack for studying.

Greatful Bread is one of Seattle's classic hidden gems. They have an amazing selection of baked goods and organic coffee. Some great food items. soups and more, make it a great place for a light meal.

Very cute neighborhood spot! Great relaxed environment. Good coffee, tons of breads/bagels, and pastries all fresh. I recommend the quiche & the pizza. The staff is also very nice. You can even catch up on homework here. I always see people on their laptops.

Mellow vibe. This local hangout has plenty of tables, good coffeee, and pastries. Glad I got lured here to discover yet another Seattle bakery.

I am a customer for a long time and very satisfied with their service but I hope that if they hire a new employee that they know what their doing and would be aware and be careful about not using the same container heating their dairy milk and other milk. There is a reason why some people don't consume dairy...
