These guys provided the worst service you could imagine. They stated that orders were in to find that they were out of stock. They said an order was placed only to find that it wasn't,. They have beautiful product, but when they discovered that they couldn't make the product we discussed, they figured it was ok to not contact us and let us know. We talked to the owner of the company to express our concern and to quote him he said, "I don't have time for this, I travel to 20 countries and have 150 sales people" I have only concluded that this is a top down problem and I would avoid doing business with them. It's not worth the aggravation

I've been working with Granite and Marble Resources for over 20 years on projects great and small. The latest project we installed over 4,000 square feet of Portuguese limestone and it's one of the best we've ever done together. For over two decades, Robert Briggs and company have always come through for me with whatever materials I've needed from them, and if there were issues, they were resolved quickly and to my satisfaction.
