The worse management, worse place, when you walk to the office like you walk to Police station. the . swimming pool never and ever been clean. Racism........u can add any F word you imagine.

Never live here! Shooting happen a lot here.Kids pull alarms through out the night. Pool is never clean.Trash is always in the road.The front office will treat you like the trash that is...

I never lived at grand apts..but i went there looking for an apartment. The atomosphere is bad...ppl walkn around..looking like thugs..drinking..i would not recommend it esp if you have kids. The apartments are nice but ppl are bringing it down.

The management and maintenance staff is wonderful. I love my apartment especially the ceramic floors. I feel safe coming home all the time. I really love it here

I have been a resident for about 2 yrs and this is a good community to stay in especially now that its a new mgr in the office. The new manager Shannan is very professional & understanding. She is already helping to improve the community, work orders are getting done in a timely fashion, and just overall better customer service.
