Horrible. We lived here when it was country fair. Previously utilities were included. New company has based utilities on a building meter which unfairly determines clients usage. No utilities...

Lived there for about 1.5 years and had a good experience. The location is great and I was able to walk to grocery stores, a few restaurants and some parks, all nearby. Right off the highway.
